Subscription offer terms & conditions

1) Offer begins 10/5/18 and closes when stock of the free gift is exhausted. Free gift offer is strictly only while stocks last.

2) Free gift is a Third Draw Down x Margaret Preston Tea Towel valued at $45. This will be determined by the time the subscription is made.

3) Free gift offer applicable only for Art Edit print subscriptions for delivery to addresses within Australia only.

4) Free gift is available to the first 20 to subscribe to 4 issues (1 year) or more of Art Edit or renew their subscription. Chance plays no part in determining recipients of the free gift.

5) Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into Art Edit’s subscriptions database. Art Edit is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission.

6) Prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.

7) In the event that any prize item is unavailable despite the promoter’s reasonable endeavours to procure within Australia, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.

8) Any response not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.

9) Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10) Art Edit reserves the right to change or cancel the promotion at any time and with no notification.
